Before applying
To care for each furry friend, the process has some mandatory steps:
- 1. Fill out the full form (2 quick steps).
- 2. Send a video via WhatsApp to the number we'll write to you, showing your home.
- 3. Wait for the team's review. We'll let you know by email and WhatsApp when your application progresses.
- 4. If everything fits, you'll sign the online contract and we'll coordinate the pickup in Barcelona.
