Before applying

To care for each furry friend, the process has some mandatory steps:

• 1. Fill out the full form (2 quick steps).
• 2. Enter our app and upload a short video of your home.
• 3. Wait for the team's review. You follow the whole process from the app and we’ll notify you by email when it progresses.
• 4. If everything fits, you'll sign the online contract and we'll coordinate the pickup in Barcelona.

Only for people over 18 · Pickup in Barcelona. Management is done from your account in the app.
